LISA OLSON, President​
At the helm of U.S. operations for Qualified Cargo Solutions, Inc. is Lisa Olson, a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in international logistics. Lisa’s extensive industry expertise, combined with the strong foundation of the QCS family, has provided the strategic U.S. presence the company had long sought—significantly expanding QCS’s global reach and operational capabilities.
Lisa began her logistics career in 1984 with a major global freight forwarder, managing air and ocean export shipments and gaining comprehensive knowledge in operations and documentation. Her dedication and drive quickly led to supervisory roles, where she worked closely with sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
In 1993, after nine years of service, Lisa transitioned to a mid-sized logistics company leading their Chicago office for over 2 decades, with a highly effective, hands-on leadership style that emphasized teamwork, accountability, and client-focused service.
Today, as owner/President of QCS, Lisa brings that same passion and commitment, driving excellence in U.S. operations and reinforcing the company’s reputation for personalized, door-to-door service across the international supply chain.
